Foot health is especially important for people who have diabetes. It can affect the nerves and the circulation within the foot causing a loss of feeling in your feet. This can mean foot injuries do not heal well.
Many diabetic patients attend a regular ‘6 month check up’ appointment to assess the condition of the feet and to prevent and treat any issues before they become problematic.
Home visits
Patients who are unable to attend the clinic can access our home visit service, call 01628 477377 and request a home visit.
Other diabetic patients with foot problems (corns and calluses) have more regular appointments to keep their feet in the best condition possible.
